Are there minimum quantities I have to order ?: It depends on the product you have chosen. Add the items to the basket and we will email a quote with the price and minimum quantity that you may order for each particular item.

How may I pay for my purchase?: An invoice will be emailed to you and you may then pay by credit card, direct credit or by company cheque.
To pay by credit card simply click on the Paymate logo and enter your details and also the invoice number and amount from the invoice we supply.
To pay by direct credit [internet banking] our bank details are supplied on the invoice.
To pay by cheque allow several days for the cheque to clear. Make cheques payable to 5Star Promotions Ltd and send to the address shown on the invoice.
We don't have a logo, can you design a logo for us and how much will it cost?: Yes, email as much detail as possible about your business or organisation. We will then be in touch with you to discuss your requirements and then email a quote to you.
Our company needs just a small run of polo shirts for our golf and social teams would that be ok?: Not a problem, just let us know how many and your embroidery requirements.
We are holding a school reunion and need some promotional products but we are not sure what to order, can you help us?: Yes, simply let us know the event you are promoting and your contact details and we will get in touch with suggestions, quantities and prices.
We only have a jpeg file of the logo we want to use.: If we need to alter artwork submitted we will engage a graphic artist and quote the cost before proceeding.
Is it possible to see a sample of a product?: Not a problem, we make a charge to cover the cost of goods and freight. This amount would then be deducted from any subsequent order or refunded upon return of goods (excluding freight).
